Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the North Mississippi market, including Southaven and nearby communities. You’ll start in a neighborhood branch and learn to serve customers while developing leadership and business skills for future branch management.

The program emphasizes mentoring and internal promotion, with exposure to sales, customer service, operations, and finance as you progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 1 semester left to graduate.
• At least 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations and a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners.
• Work toward running your own branch and developing your team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on guidance in a structured program.
• Gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
