Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Memphis. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one, rotating through sales, customer service, and operations while based at a neighborhood branch. The program offers hands-on mentorship, structured development, and a clear path to management.

You’ll build experience in customer engagement, revenue generation, and team leadership, with opportunities to advance to managing your own location in the Memphis market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation with one semester left.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Enterprise at branches and assist customers.
• Learn the business from day one across sales, service, and operations.
• Develop the skills to run a branch and lead a team.
