Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Franklin, NC. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, serving customers and supporting branch operations, with a clear path to branch leadership.

You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentoring and a culture of promoting from within. Target first-year compensation is $50,025 and a 47-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership preferred.
• Must be available to work ~47 hours per week.

Responsibilities
