Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Canton, OH (44701), Massillon (44646), Alliance (44601), and Wooster (44691). You’ll start in a neighborhood branch, learning the business from day one and serving customers while building a future as a branch leader.

The program emphasizes training, mentoring, and a promotion-from-within culture. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or near graduation, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and 3+ months in Sales or

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
Must have a valid driver's license.
No more than more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
Develop skills in customer service, sales, and marketing, finance, and operations.
Work toward running your own branch and building a team.
