Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program across Medina, Wooster, Wadsworth, Green, and New Philadelphia locations. You will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in operations and leadership.

The program offers mentorship and a clear path to running your own branch, with training in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on record in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge to run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support and build relationships in the community to grow your business.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a culture of putting customers first.
