Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the Bardstown area. You will start as a Management Trainee learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, with paths to run your own location and build a team.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and operations, with mentoring and a culture of internal promotion. Bachelor’s degree or near graduation required, and you must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Participate in a structured program to learn to run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and build relationships in the community.
