Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the South Louisville market, including Shepherdsville and surrounding communities. As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through sales, customer service, operations and business development, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

The program emphasizes training, mentoring and promotion from within, with the goal of developing future branch managers who put customers first and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful; engage with the community to build relationships.
