Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Somerset, Kentucky area. You will start in a neighborhood branch, learning the business from day one while developing the skills to lead a future location.

You’ll gain experience in customer service, sales, operations, and leadership. The program emphasizes mentorship, promotion from within, and a clear career path across our Southern Kentucky communities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentorship to support your success in the Management Training Program.
