Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Hopkinsville, KY is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As an MT, you’ll learn the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling core operations.

Through hands-on training, mentoring, and a clear path to branch management, you’ll gain skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with opportunities to advance across Western Kentucky and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or be within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and build relationships in the community.
