Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Glasgow market, serving communities across Glasgow, Cave City, Horse Cave, Munfordville, Edmonton, Barren County and surrounding areas in South Central Kentucky.

You will start in a Management Training role at a neighborhood branch, learning operations, customer service, sales and marketing, and finance while preparing to run your own branch and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support behind-the-scenes operations.
• Learn to run a future branch through structured program and hands-on experiences.
• Develop customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations skills in a hands-on environment.
