Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the South Louisville market, including Shepherdsville and nearby communities. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while preparing to run your own location.

We offer training, mentoring, and a clear path for promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one as a Management Trainee at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing skills to run a branch.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and a structured program focused on sales, customer service, operations, and leadership.
