We are currently hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Our structured program will help you master skills to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team.

In this hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships.

We will teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, critical to our growth and your success.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership, or sales (e.g., retail, hospitality, military, athletics, or community organizations).
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
