Now we are actively looking for Management Trainees for both our Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores.

About Programme

During this 16-week program, you will receive on-the-job training in the store, participate in an extensive orientation program, and be given early responsibilities, coaching, and mentoring to support your growth within the organization. The program also includes management and communication skills training.

You will have opportunities to develop skills in Product Management, Store Operations Management, Human Resources Management, and Customer Experience Management concurrently.

The Management Trainees will be trained for the role of “Assistant Store Manager” with the following future tasks:

• Deliver the best possible customer experience for visitors of Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein stores
• Own the business and store management with a holistic perspective
• Monitor team performance based on KPIs
• Ensure store visual appearance aligns with brand standards
• Support operational processes in accordance with procedures while prioritizing brand values
• Maintain close contact with the local head office, follow up on actions, and report timely
