The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a Management Technician in the Bureau of Licensing, Licensing Systems and Program Management Division. In this role, you will serve as a Bureau POSSE System Trainer and Web Site Coordinator, responsible for developing, improving, monitoring, and updating all Bureau of Licensing pages on the PLCB website, including downloadable, fillable applications and forms. Strong customer service skills and experience with testing computer programs are essential.
This position acts as a point of contact for gathering information, activities, and resources for inclusion on the Bureau of Licensing site. You will control updates to the Bureau's Intranet and Internet sites, review recommendations from staff and external organizations, and maintain various documents and reports. Responsibilities also include testing system changes, managing licensee email lists, and providing statistical reports for the POSSE System.
