Behavioral Framework is looking for individuals with experience working with children who believe they can make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism.

This is a home-based position, requiring candidates to work with children in their homes, integrating into family environments to help children develop skills such as toileting, feeding, behavior management, compliance, and other developmental and educational tasks.

This is a year-round and full-time position.

Requirements:

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Collect and record data based on observable client behavior
  • Write progress notes and maintain program documentation
  • Participate in treatment implementation and parent training
  • Use safe handling and guidance procedures when working with clients
  • Provide direct client care following behavioral protocols
Physical Requirements:
  • Proficient in fine and gross motor skills, capable of providing physical support
  • Full range of motion to support clients physically
  • Ability to write progress notes with assistance
  • Ability to perform activities such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to transport clients as needed
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Good visual acuity for work accuracy
  • Physical presence at the job site is required
  • Willingness to focus during sessions without distractions
  • Ability to occasionally lift over 100 lbs
Education and Certification:
  • High School diploma
  • Driver's License and reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred; bus and Uber are not considered reliable)

Rate varies based on experience, starting at $20-$22 per hour DOE. RBT credentialed staff may receive higher rates if in good standing.
