Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company invites students to join the Management & Sales Internship, a paid 10-12 week summer program in our Rowlett, TX retail stores. You’ll gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations while delivering meaningful customer experiences.

Participants travel with a Sales Representative, work with the management team, and complete a project addressing real business issues, with leadership support throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Enrolled in a college/university at internship start.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional 70 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations.
• Work in a Sherwin-Williams paint store providing customer experiences.
• Travel with a Sales Representative to learn outside sales.
• Complete a project addressing critical business issues with leadership support.
• Develop skills in customer relationship management and merchandising.
