Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company invites students to join its Management & Sales Internship in McKinney, TX for a paid 10-12-week summer program. You will gain hands-on experience in retail stores, including management, sales, and store operations, while delivering meaningful customer experiences.

You will travel with a Sales Representative, work with the management team, and complete a capstone project addressing real business issues alongside peers and leaders. College grads are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations.
• Travel with a Sales Representative to learn outside sales.
• Complete a capstone project with peers and leadership.
