We are seeking motivated individuals for our Management Training Program, a comprehensive entry‑to‑branch‑management certification involving Sales Rep, Team Leader, and Branch Manager levels. Compensation is performance‑based and grows with each level.

Program Overview & Compensation

• Entry Level – Training in communication, presentations, time management, customer engagement, public speaking. Salary $450–$700 weekly.
• Team Leader – Training in self‑marketing, goal attainment, team knowledge transfer, win‑win strategies. Salary $800–$1,200 weekly.
• Branch Manager – Training in daily operations, interviewing, financial management, administration, business development. Salary $70,000 annually plus quarterly bonuses and commissions.

All candidates must progress through each level. Completion is expected in 4–8 months based on performance.
