Job summary

ATSI seeks a highly organized Management Analyst (Liaison) to support the Office of the Secretary of War and related components. The role focuses on coordinating with senior leadership, managing daily operations, and delivering professional analytical outputs to sustain executive initiatives.

You will oversee administrative tasks, assist with travel authorizations, and ensure record compliance while maintaining a concierge level of service to DoW officials and private sector executives.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant professional work efforts, preferably within the OSW or the DoW.
• Bachelor’s Degree with twenty (20) years of relevant professional work efforts, preferably within the OSW or the DoW.
• Active Secret clearance required at date of hire with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with OSW Leadership, DoW Offices and Components as the Team Primary Point of Contact.
• Provide quality control/quality assurance and assist in administrative support actions.
• Prepare draft work products for daily operations and meetings.
