Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Executive Support Analyst (BOND Support) to provide onboarding-focused support to the Office of the Secretary of War, DA&M. The role will bolster OSW leadership initiatives, including the BOND Program, while advancing operational efficiency and offering subject matter expertise across the DoW.

Responsibilities include onboarding civilian and military personnel, managing security paperwork, scheduling, travel coordination in DTS, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience developing professional and analytic deliverables for technical, managerial, procedural and project activities.
• Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding of civilian, senior civilian and military personnel, including CAC/NIPR requests and routing security/ethics documentation.
• Prior experience with correspondence management or executive secretariat-like functions within the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration activities for Department of War personnel, ensuring steps and documentation are completed on time.
• Provide administrative support to office leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and routine correspondence.
• Assist with travel coordination and Defense Travel System (DTS) information.
• Manage office operations: data entry, records, and materials review for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate security paperwork, CAC/NIPR accounts, on/offboarding checklists, and ethics documentation.
• Support daily office operations: IT tickets, supply requests, mail handling, and SharePoint updates.
