Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Executive Support Analyst (BOND) focused on personnel onboarding to provide direct support to the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), Director of Administration and Management (DA&M). This role supports key OSW leadership initiatives, including the BOND Program, while improving operational efficiency and providing subject matter expertise across the Department of War (DoW).

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience; or a bachelor’s and 17+ years; or 19+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years developing professional/analytic deliverables and insights.
• 4+ years supporting onboarding/offboarding, CAC/NIPR requests, and security/ethics documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration activities for DoW personnel, ensuring steps and docs are complete on time.
• Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, calendar, and meeting coordination.
• Support office operations with document prep, data entry, records management, and accuracy checks.
• Coordinate personnel actions: security paperwork, CAC/NIPR requests, onboarding/offboarding checklists, ethics docs.
• Assist with travel coordination in the Defense Travel System (DTS) and monitor changes.
• Support daily operations: supply requests, IT ticket submissions, equipment tracking, mail handling, and SharePoint.
• Maintain records in line with DoW and federal policies.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff and external stakeholders via written and in-person engagements.
• Support special projects and other mission-related activities as assigned.
