ANSER is seeking a Senior Program and Staff Action Analyst to support the DoW CIO, providing staff action officer capabilities, policy review, and executive-level product development.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Master's degree or 15+ years related experience; 2 years may substitute the degree.
• Experience overseeing program management and day-to-day operations of complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and track project objectives, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and resolve scheduling issues.
• Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, capture notes, and track actions.
• Coordinate across teams to maintain leadership alignment and task completion.
• Develop project management processes and monitor DoW CIO programs and taskers.
• Draft, edit, and ensure accuracy of briefings, presentations and written deliverables.
• Research and review policies to align with mission goals.
• Prepare budget documentation and forecast financial performance.
• Monitor and report on fund commitments and expenditures.
