Job summary

Belle Tire offers a Manager in Training (MIT) program designed to prepare future store leaders through hands-on retail operations experience. You will work with a Store Manager mentor to learn to lead teams, drive sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer service, while traveling to training centers as needed.

You will complete structured training with classroom, digital modules, and assessments, and be evaluated on performance and readiness for promotion within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Desire to advance into a Store Manager role within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve goals.
• Develop leadership and communication skills fostering trust and accountability.
• Observe and assist in team huddles, feedback, and training sessions.
• Apply strategic thinking by linking daily tasks to store and company goals.
• Learn fundamentals of P&L management and expense control.
• Support readiness for promotion through performance and professionalism.
