99 Ranch Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Training as part of the Management in Training program. The role offers a path to a full Store Manager position within 3–6 months depending on performance and learning pace.

Responsibilities include supervising all store departments, analyzing sales data, scheduling staff, and ensuring safety and compliance. The program rotates across locations to provide comprehensive exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's requirements or higher? (not specified).
• Candidate must have strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in retail management or MIT programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations across all departments.
• Provide exemplary customer service and uphold company values.
• Analyze sales data with Store Manager to inform promotions and staffing.
• Supervise pricing, inventory, and store presentation within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention policies.
• Coordinate staff schedules, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
