Description
Position Location: 520 Pike Street, Suite 2100, Seattle, WA 98101
Salary: $125,000 per year

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary of Duties:
This role supports the North Central sales territory, with remote work permitted from IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, SD, or WI.
Responsibilities include:
  • Advising management on strategies for maintaining and expanding market share in the SLED North Central US region for embedded software security.
  • Data mining high potential accounts, identifying key contacts, and engaging them.
  • Following up on leads from marketing resources promptly to maintain a high lead conversion rate.
  • Maintaining a high daily rate of outbound calls and email campaigns.
  • Expanding partner relationships to find new opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
  • Assessing customers' current IT situations, challenges, and needs.
  • Presenting Absolute product demos to prospects and customers as solutions.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor and product expert on endpoint security.
  • Sharing best practices and acquiring customer references.
  • Attending onsite customer meetings and events with high ROI for sales.
Partner Support (OEM, DRC & VAR):
  • Building lasting relationships with partners.
  • Providing training via virtual rooms and onsite visits.
  • Supporting partner sales calls with expertise.
  • Assisting with SKUs and pricing.
CRM Management (Salesforce.com):
  • Maintaining pipeline and accurate forecasts.
  • Building a 2-3x pipeline over four quarters.
  • Ensuring customer data accuracy.
  • Documenting meetings, communications, and activities.
  • Developing and executing territory plans biannually.
  • Reporting on forecasts and revenue tracking.
  • Managing product upgrades, onboarding, and opportunity expansion.
Requirements:
  • No formal education requirements.
  • Minimum 6 years selling to SLED accounts, with 2 years using Salesforce.
  • Experience selling enterprise security products and services.
  • Experience with PC manufacturers, systems integrators, VARs.
  • Proven success in closing large deals using structured sales methodologies.
  • Strong presentation skills to diverse audiences.
Travel: 30% domestic travel.
