Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking high-potential candidates for its Management Associate program. The two-year rotational track places rising leaders with senior executives, exposing you to strategic initiatives across strategy, pricing, market research, and business development.

Graduates advance toward full-time opportunities with meaningful responsibilities. Participants will rotate every six months, receive mentoring from executives, and access organization-wide development programs

Qualifications

• Candidates must be on track to obtain their professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) before the program start date.
• Experience in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in a B2B technology or consulting environment is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to address critical priorities through project-based assignments.
• Define project scope, objectives, and implementation plans.
• Analyze complex issues using data and frameworks to quantify impact and manage timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to build productive, cross-functional teams.
• Present recommendations and action plans to align key stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools and data-driven analysis to evaluate opportunities and support execution.
