LexisNexis Legal & Professional invites talented early-career professionals to join the General Management Leadership Development Program as a General Management Associate. Over two years you’ll rotate through Product, Strategy, AI, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations while collaborating with senior executives on strategic initiatives.

Candidates should hold an MBA, JD, PhD, or MD, have 2–5+ years of experience, and demonstrate leadership, analytics, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• MBA/JD/PhD/MD required or in progress with program start.
• Experience in finance, strategy, digital marketing, sales, or legal.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and drive data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders across rotations to address priorities.
• Define objectives, develop plans, and take responsibility for deliverables.
• Apply AI tools and data analysis to evaluate opportunities and impact.
• Build cross‑functional relationships and stakeholder alignment.
• Present insights and recommendations to executives for action.
• Support leaders as they translate recommendations into implementation.
• Conclude the program with a Capstone Innovation Project presented to leadership.
