Job summary

LexisNexis North America is launching a Management Associate program designed to fast-track emerging leaders through hands-on projects and executive exposure.

In this two-year, hybrid program, you rotate every six months across strategic areas, work with senior leaders, and gain cross-functional experience while applying AI tools and data-driven analysis to real business challenges. Graduates pursue full-time roles with meaningful responsibility within the organization.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must be on track to obtain their professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) before the program start date.
• Experience in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience working in a Business-to-Business technology or consulting environment.
• Have 5+ years of experience before completing the qualifying degree.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to share ideas and build alignment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others to resolve issues.
• Display analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to address critical business priorities through project-based assignments.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Analyze complex issues using data and appropriate business frameworks; quantify financial impact and manage timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to build productive, collaborative teams.
• Present recommendations, implementation approaches, and action plans to build alignment.
• Support leaders in implementing project findings and recommendations.
• Apply AI tools, business frameworks, and data-driven analysis to evaluate opportunities and support execution.
