Job summary

LexisNexis is launching an Executive Development Rotational Program in North America to grow future leaders through hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives. The two-year program features six-month rotations, partnering with senior leaders to tackle key business challenges and gain broad cross-functional experience.

Management Associates will receive formal onboarding, on-the-job learning, executive and peer networking, and access to organization-wide training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• On track to obtain MBA, JD, PhD, or MD before program start.
• 5+ years experience in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or related fields.
• Experience in a Business-to-Business technology or consulting environment.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication to share ideas, build alignment, and drive outcomes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and collaboration to resolve issues.
• Show learning agility, leadership potential, business acumen, adaptability, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to address critical priorities through project-based assignments.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Analyze complex issues using data and business frameworks, quantify financial impact, and manage timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to build productive, collaborative teams.
• Present recommendations and implementation plans while building alignment among stakeholders.
• Support leaders in implementing project findings and recommendations.
• Apply AI tools, frameworks, and data-driven analysis to evaluate opportunities and support execution.
