Midway Car Rental in Torrance, CA is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate for full-time work. You will greet customers, process rentals, disclose terms, and ensure an accurate, smooth experience from start to finish.

The role requires 1-2 years of customer service, 6+ months of sales, strong English communication, and a clean driving record. You’ll join a fast-paced team at our local location, with opportunities for growth and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Pass background; inclusive of Pre-Employment Drug Test, SSN Validation, and Criminal Record
• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years; No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years; No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License within a 5-7 year period. Will be subject to continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring
• Minimum 3 years of license history and recent active driving

Compensation

• The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, and education when applicable.
