The Department of Transportation seeks a Management and Program Analyst at FG-13 level within the Resource Support Team (AJV-E630).

Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FG/GS-12 and demonstrate skills in explaining information to customers and applying program management to identify actions acceptable to leadership.

• Experience explaining, advocating, and expressing information and ideas to internal and external customers.
• Experience in program management to identify and devise appropriate courses of action acceptable to management officials.
• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FG/GS-12.

Incumbent serves as the Management and Program Analyst, Financial Analyst, for the Resource Support Team, AJV-E630. To qualify for this position at the FG-13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized experience is:

• Experience successfully explaining, advocating, and expressing information and ideas to internal and external customers.
• Experience in program management to identify and devise appropriate courses of action acceptable to management officials.
