Ghostrock, a Navy-focused property management contractor, seeks Management Analysts to support Navy Property Management and Logistics services at Crane, IN. You will collect, review, and analyze property data, maintain records in Navy ERP, and support audits and FIAR activities. Requirements include 3+ years of relevant experience, active Secret clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and experience with Navy ERP. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

3+ years of relevant experience.
Active Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship.
Experience reviewing data, discrepancies, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Mansioni

Collect, review, analyze, and maintain property/material data.
Maintain inventory logs and property records in Navy ERP.
Research discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Support inventories and location audits with records review and causative research.
Track material receipts, PO status, delinquencies, and documentation.
Assist with material management records including storage and shelf-life tracking.
Prepare and review records for movement, transfers, shipping, and disposition.
Support FIAR activities with documentation collection and audits.
Prepare monthly metrics, reports, and data calls.
Help develop/maintain standard operating procedures and process improvements.
Coordinate with staff to resolve documentation issues and maintain accurate records.
