Job summary

The Jud/Superior Court is seeking a Management Analyst II to coordinate and conduct studies that provide technical assistance and recommendations to division components across the state. The role involves interviewing staff, gathering and analyzing data on operations and managerial practices.

You will develop solutions and recommendations to improve operations and compliance. The incumbent may supervise administrative support and paraprofessional staff and may be housed in one of three counties

Qualifications

• Six months experience conducting studies evaluating operations, programs, services, and policies.
• Six months experience in descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, or standard deviation).
• Six months experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Six months experience in narrative report writing.
• Knowledge of designing studies including determining goals, data sources, and collection methods.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, or analysis of variance.
