Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years leading technical teams or IT operations.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification required.
• U.S. government security clearance eligibility required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies of organizational structures, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports that inform leadership decisions and support strategic planning.
• Lead or participate in special projects focused on organizational performance improvement, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to collect input, communicate findings, and drive implementation of recommendations.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to staff on new processes, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth adoption and success.
