We are currently seeking a Management Analyst II who is ready to join our MSC team. This position is primarily located in Norfolk, VA with hybrid work schedule at our corporate office in Chesapeake, VA.

The estimated salary range for this role is $72,000-82,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. TQI is committed to pay equity and compliance with the Virginia Pay Transparency Act; we do not request or consider prior salary history when making employment offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.

• DOD/DON Experience.

Education and Minimum General Experience

• High School Diploma/GED: 7 years of experience
• Associate's Degree: 5 years of experience
• Master's Degree: 1 year of experience
• Ph.D. or Doctorate Degree: No experience required

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
