Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Resource Efficiency Manager II to lead energy optimization on-site at Guam facilities, including JRM, NBG, and MCB Guam. You will mentor Level I REMs, support the IEM, and drive high-priority energy programs within a critical DoD environment.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, lifecycle cost analyses, and data-driven reporting to government leadership, with on-site work in Guam and a certification path within the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 5+ years of energy management experience.
• Non‑engineering Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of energy management experience.
• Technical two‑year degree plus 10+ years of energy management experience.
• High School Diploma/No degree plus 12+ years of energy management experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Certified Energy Management (CEM) certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of three Level I REMs.
• Conduct energy audits to identify inefficiencies in complex facilities.
• Review utility metering and billing data to drive decisions.
• Develop Energy Conservation Measures to reduce consumption and costs.
• Prepare Life Cycle Cost Analyses and project documentation.
• Develop and manage energy projects from inception to implementation.
• Recommend O&M improvements to optimize performance.
