• Lead or participate in special projects focused on organizational performance improvement, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to collect input, communicate findings, and drive implementation of recommendations.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to staff on new processes, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth adoption and success.

TQI Solutions is currently seeking a Management Analyst II to support Naval Base Guam. In this role, you will lead and support organizational improvement efforts, guide team operations, and contribute to enhanced efficiency, service delivery, and mission performance.

The estimated salary range for this Guam-based role is $88,000–$109,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. Please note that this position is located in Guam and does not include a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) or housing allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive studies of organizational structures, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports that inform leadership decision-making and support strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading technical teams. Experience managing IT customer support or Help Desk operations is preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification required.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, manage workloads across diverse teams, and provide leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.
• Additional relevant certifications such as Certified Management Analyst (CMA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be eligible for a background investigation.
