Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a Data Analyst III for our Guam location. The role is onsite and requires an active Secret clearance.

You will design and maintain enterprise data systems, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop automated ETL processes to improve data quality and accessibility for government dashboards and reports. You will analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, and BI tools, generate actionable insights, and present findings to leadership and program managers to support mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years technical experience in related discipline required.
• Three to five years of experience in data analytics, database administration, BI, or related field supporting government/defense.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and DB principles.
• Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages, plus ETL and data integration techniques.
• Experience with BI and reporting platforms such as SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Statistical analysis techniques and tools such as Excel, SAS, SPSS, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise databases and data management systems for secure storage and accessibility of government data.
• Acquire, integrate, validate, transform, and maintain data from multiple sources to create analysis-ready datasets.
• Develop data standards, QA processes, and automated ETL solutions to improve integrity and efficiency.
• Apply database design, data modeling, data mining, segmentation, scripting, and automation to support enterprise data management.
• Utilize SQL, Python, R, XML, JavaScript, ETL tools, and other analytics tech to extract, manipulate, automate, and analyze complex datasets.
• Apply statistical methods using Excel, SAS, SPSS, or similar to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using SAP BO, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Perform complex data analysis and present findings to leadership and stakeholders for decision-making.
• Collaborate with government customers and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reporting, and processes through data analysis and automation.
• Troubleshoot database, reporting, and data quality issues to ensure reliable reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal information security, data governance, records management, and handling of sensitive information.
