Kalman & Company, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst I to support a government program onsite in Crane, IN.

You will turn operational data into actionable decisions, building metrics, reports, and analyses to show how the property program performs and where improvements are needed. The role involves analyzing Navy ERP data, supporting audit readiness, and developing Excel models, MS Project plans, and PowerPoint briefings for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytical/operations/logistics or business analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Onsite work in Crane, IN, support of a government program.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze Navy ERP and program data to produce monthly performance metrics and status reports.
• Support audit readiness (FIAR) by compiling documentation and analyzing property data.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend fixes.
• Develop Excel models, MS Project plans, and PowerPoint briefings for leadership reviews.
• Assist with SOP development, continuous improvement, and risk management.

Job description

Kalman & Company is seeking to hire a Management Analyst I. This position would support a government program onsite in Crane, IN. This position is tied to a government proposal. The projected award date is in early 2027. Management Analysts turn operational data into decisions. You will build the metrics, reports, and analyses that show how the property program is performing and where it can improve.

Role & Responsibilities:

Includes the following:

• Extract and analyze Navy ERP and program data to produce monthly performance metrics and status reports.
• Support audit readiness (FIAR) by compiling documentation and analyzing property and accountability data.
• Perform causative research on inventory and material-handling discrepancies and recommend fixes.
• Develop Excel models, Microsoft Project plans, and PowerPoint briefings for leadership reviews.
• Support SOP development, continuous-improvement initiatives, and risk management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship (required for all positions on this program)
• Active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one; must be eligible for a Tier 3 background investigation before system access
• 3+ years of analytical, operations, logistics, or business analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills
