Job summary

Chick-fil-A Burke, VA is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will supervise shifts, train new hires, set the tone for a shift, and model Chick-fil-A service standards to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

A successful candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication in writing and speaking, and a commitment to food safety and customer service, with prior experience as shift lead or higher.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
