Chick-fil-A of Greenwood Village is seeking an enthusiastic Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and uphold Chick-fil-A's service standards. The role emphasizes servant leadership, urgency, and teamwork to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player and lead shifts as needed.
• Count drawers and finalize day; ensure accuracy of cash handling.
• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication; lead by example.

Our Managers are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Manager’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
