Job summary

Alegeus is seeking a local HSA Bulk Transfers Coordinator to manage end-to-end asset transfers for employer groups and participants. You will own high-impact transfer projects, coordinate milestones, and ensure posting, reconciliation and on-time availability of assets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years' relevant experience, familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/PMBOK, and strong communication to partner with clients and internal teams in a hybrid environment (Boston, MA; Orlando, FL; Milwaukee, WI).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Experience leading or speaking on behalf of teams or initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or PMBOK methodologies a plus.
• Relevant education and/or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of high-impact HSA transfer projects from initiation to completion.

Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions.
