Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Must be licensed in Radiography in Massachusetts.
• Passed ARRT Mammography exam.
• Massachusetts mammography license is required.

Responsibilities

• Confirms clinical data and patient history; uses lowest reasonable dose for high-quality images.
• Ensures patient physical and emotional well-being and confidentiality.
• Communicates effectively with patients and health-care team.
• Identifies equipment problems and informs supervisor promptly.
• Maintains CEU documentation for licensure and ongoing education.
