Job summary

Atrius Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform mammography exams under a radiologist, adhering to MQSA and state regulations. The role covers Easton, Weymouth, and Dedham locations with per diem shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include obtaining clinical data, maintaining patient safety and confidentiality, and collaborating with the health care team to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency from an accredited institution
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• Massachusetts radiography license required
• ARRT Mammography certification required or obtained

Responsibilities

• Confirms clinical data and patient history to provide high-quality images
• Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures safety and well-being
• Communicates effectively with patients and health-care team
• Identifies and reports equipment issues promptly
• Keeps ongoing CEU documentation for licensure
• Maintains ARRT/ MQSA/ACR compliance and standards
• Willing to cover other locations as needed
• Assists in training new mammographers

Education
