Corewell Health Imaging Center in Royal Oak is seeking a Part-time Mammography Technologist to perform accurate mammography exams and deliver high-quality images for interpretation. The ideal candidate brings ARRT credentials, BLS certification, and a JRCERT-accredited radiography degree, with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

The role requires 20 hours per week, day shift, at the Royal Oak Imaging Center, with a focus on patient-centered care and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience; 1–3 years preferred.
• CRT-Radiographer (R) – ARRT; Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Mammography (M) – ARRT; 1 year required.
• CRT-BLS (AHA or ARC); Upon Hire required.

PART TIME-DAYS

SITE LOCATION: IMAGING CENTER, ROYAL OAK

Scope of work

Under site designate leader, and according to established policies and procedures performs accurate and efficient Mammography exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation. Always follows Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Qualifications

• Required associate’s degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience 1-3 Years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level Preferred
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Mammography (M) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 1 Year required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
