Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Mammography Technologist in Boston, MA, to deliver high-quality breast imaging and compassionate patient care. You will perform diagnostic mammography, educate patients, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Certification in Mammography (ARRT-M) and Massachusetts license required.
• Strong knowledge of mammography procedures and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mammography examinations following clinical protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education during imaging.
• Operate and maintain mammography and radiologic imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to support efficient patient care.
• Assist with training and mentoring technologists and students while upholding safety standards.

Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Compensation
Salary Range: $98,000 – $115,000 per year

Bonus / Commission (if applicable):

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $5,000 Relocation Assistance

Location: Boston, MA -Onsite

Position Summary

As a Mammography Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality breast imaging services while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Working within a leading Breast Imaging team, you will perform diagnostic mammography procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes. This position offers an outstanding work-life balance with no weekends, holidays, on-call responsibilities, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours per week: 40
• Contract length (if applicable): Direct Hire

Key Duties:

• Perform high-quality mammography examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education throughout the imaging process
• Operate and maintain mammography and radiologic imaging equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to support efficient patient care and workflow
• Assist with training and mentoring technologists and students as needed while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
