Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology required.
• ARRT certification in Mammography required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures using advanced imaging technology.
• Collaborate with radiologists and Lead Technologist to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and care throughout all procedures.

Schedule: Per Diem

Pay Range: $42.00 - $58.00 / Hourly

Shift: Day shift

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of mammography procedures using advanced imaging technology
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the Lead Technologist to deliver accurate diagnostic results
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and care throughout all procedures
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and imaging protocols
• Accurately document procedures using PACS and HIS/RIS systems
• Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and professionalism

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required)

Experience

• Previous experience in radiologic technology (preferred)
• Prior mammography experience (strongly preferred)

Licensure & Certification

• Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (Radiography and Mammography) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
• ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology (required)
• ARRT certification in Mammography (required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers (required)
