Boston Medical Center is seeking a Mammography technologist to provide high‑quality mammographic imaging for diagnostic and treatment purposes. The role may involve working in other imaging areas as needed to support the department and patient care.
The successful candidate will have ARRT/MSRT (M) certification, state mammography licensure, and at least two years of post‑high school radiologic training, with excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with patients and supervise
Under general supervision of the Manager of Breast Imaging, the Mammography technologist provides Mammographic technical skills to the Department mission. Duties include working as a technologist in other areas and/or modalities as necessary. The Mammography technologist performs mammography exams for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury to patients of all ages.
Hours: Monday‑Thursday 7:00‑5:30PM. Full‑time.
Compensation range:$47.51‑$56.78 per hour. The range is based on minimum job qualifications, with additional factors such as education, experience, and licensure/certification considered when making an offer.
All staff are required to be vaccinated against COVID‑19 and flu, and to receive a booster dose of the COVID‑19 vaccine.
