Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA is seeking a Mammography Tech for full-time imaging services. The role involves performing specialized breast examinations to support diagnosis and treatment, using mammographic equipment and related devices.

Responsibilities:

The Mammography Technologist performs specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in patients. The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic radiographic equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required
