Job summary

Coastal Women's Healthcare, PA is seeking a Patient Services Representative with mammography or radiology experience to join our team in Scarborough, Maine. You will work with a small team of mammographers and breast sonographers to support patients and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) required.
• Familiarity with radiology systems such as Sectra and PenRad preferred.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Print, scan, and upload medical records across EMR systems.
• Document patient information in the EHR clearly and accurately.
• Review imaging reports for accuracy and note corrections.
• Contact outside imaging facilities for prior studies and reports.
• Answer department calls and direct questions to staff.
• Maintain scheduling records and coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Track routine appointments and communicate results to patients.
• Provide patients with instructions for mammography preparation.
• Assist with coding, billing, and other admin tasks.
